Cooper House Apartments

The Cooper House Apartments, a development of Beyond Shelter, Inc., opened in May of 2010.  This 42 unit building was constructed to provide permanent supportive housing for people who are coming out of homelessness.  The project provides a secure environment with service providers on site to connect residents to the help they need to gain stability in their lives.  Services include case management, substance abuse treatment, mental health treatment, medication monitoring, life skills training, and job skills training, to name a few.  The project has strong support from the community and involves many third party providers.  Units are furnished and local sponsors have stocked each apartment with basic necessities.

Cooper House is staffed 24/7 by Dacotah Foundation and Services are provided by:

Every application MUST be accompanied by a letter of reference from a homeless shelter or social service agency.
